Tendering is the process of making an offer, bid or proposal, or expressing an interest in response to an invitation to tender.

This process can also be known as a Request for Tender (RFT), a Request for Proposal (RFP), an Expression of Interest (EOI) or a formal Request for Quote (RFQ).

Invoice Requirements

To ensure prompt processing and payment of your invoices, we ask that our suppliers email all invoices to accounts@gingin.wa.gov.au. Invoices without a Purchase Order number may not be paid in a timely manner. Please ensure you have been provided with a purchase order from us prior to undertaking any works or supplying any services and that you include the number of the purchase order on your invoice.
