The Shire of Gingin has an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Mechanic to join our Operations & Assets team.

This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the Shire’s fleet, plant and equipment, for ensuring all plant items are safe and fit for operational purposes, and that routine, scheduled, ad-hoc and breakdown repair and maintenance practices are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, using methods well established in the automotive repair trade.

  • Annual cash salary $86,070 - $98,412 plus superannuation up to 15%.
