The Shire of Gingin is calling for Expressions of Interest for the lease/s of the Gingin Railway Station property located at Lot 500 Jones St, Gingin.
The facility is suited to either community or commercial based pursuits with universal access, and can accommodate more than one leased area. A portion of the building is currently allocated for the purpose of operating a café.

Written submissions (including details of your ideas and/or a business plan) should be addressed to Mr Aaron Cook, CEO and sent either by email to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au or posted to Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503. Alternatively, submissions may be delivered by hand to the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, 7 Brockman St, Gingin.
