The Shire of Gingin proposes to borrow loan funds of $746,293 for a 20-year term at an interest rate not exceeding 6% resulting from the recent purchase of land at Lot 7 Dewar Road, Gingin for the purpose of a future sporting precinct.
Public notice of one month is hereby given, as required by the Local Government Act 1995. Submissions in relation to this proposal are to be addressed to Mr Aaron Cook, CEO and forwarded either by email to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au, or posted to Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin 6503. Alternatively, submissions may be delivered by hand to the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, 7 Brockman St, Gingin.
Closing date for submissions is 4.00pm on Tuesday 9 April 2024.
