Due to a number of recent complaints, we would like to remind our community that roosters are not permitted in a townsite (Shire of Gingin Health Local Law 2017). Whilst we love our feathered friends, their early morning wake-up calls might not be everyone's cup of tea.
Please note, if you have rooster/s outside of town zones that are making excessive and unreasonable noise, affecting your neighbour’s wellbeing, you may be prosecuted
under the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997.
