Are you ready to take your civil works career to the next level? Keen to take on an exciting management role that will make a real difference in a thriving country local government close to Perth? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated Works Manager to join our Operations & Assets team.

This position is responsible for leading and implementing the Shire’s annual civil construction and maintenance programs which include the Shire’s road network, drainage, footpaths, foreshores, and other related infrastructure. The position is also responsible for coordinating, supervising, and developing the Operations team.

What We Can Offer You

  • Cash salary range: $90,452 - $95,546 (dependant on experience) plus superannuation up to 15%.
