Event Application Form

Completion of the Event Application Form is the first step in gaining approval for your event within the Shire of Gingin.  It is recommended that the Event Application Form be submitted at least six weeks prior to your event. You will be advised of any conditions of approval and a meeting can be scheduled to discuss your event application and determine what further permits may be required.

This is an application form only. Bookings are not confirmed until written approval has been granted by the Shire of Gingin and payment of all fees have been received by the Shire. Advertising and promotion of your event must not occur until written approvals have been issued.

Event Fees

    Event associated fees apply to all events. Fees and charges relating to the event will be outlined in your event approval, an invoice will be raised and is required to be paid prior to your event. If your invoice is not paid prior to the event then your event approval will be withdrawn.

    Please note that community halls run by community groups will charge their own fees and charges for the booking, the Shire will not invoice halls managed by community groups.

If for any reason the information changes after approval has been given, you MUST discuss these changes with the Shire’s Community Development Department as further approvals may be required.
