Notice is hereby given that Adoption of Local Planning Policy 1.12 – Advertising Signs was adopted by Council at its Ordinary Meeting held Tuesday, 15 November 2022.
The policy can be can be viewed here, or alternatively at the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre located at 7 Brockman Street, Gingin or the Lancelin Office, 255 Vins Way, Lancelin during office hours.
The objectives of the adopted Policy is to provide guidance as to the identification of advertising sign types, and the requirements for exemptions and requirements for development approval within the Shire.
