Service provider of care, accommodation, and support services for older Western Australians – Juniper - is currently conducting a survey to gain a better understanding of the home and community care needs of residents living in the Shire of Gingin.
They are keen to understand how many community members are accessing a Home Care Package or Commonwealth Support Program, as well as how many members need support but have not yet tried to access services.
The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and can be accessed at the link below:

Closing date for the survey is Friday 30 June 2023.
