The Shire of Gingin invites comments in relation to a Proposed Hard Boiled Egg Room on Lot 908 (2424) Gingin Brook Road, Neergabby:

• Hard Boiled Egg Room is 19.6m in length and 9.9m in width.
• Hard Boiled Egg Room located 33.4m from the eastern boundary.
• Proposed production days 1-2 days per week during Monday to Friday from 6am-4pm

Alternatively, to view the proposal in hard copy, please attend the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, located at 7 Brockman Street, Gingin or the Lancelin Office, 255 Vins Way, Lancelin during office hours.

Submissions must:

• be made in writing
• state the name and address of the person making the submission, and
• include a statement about the capacity in which the person makes the submission.

Comments on the proposal are to be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer either by post to the Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 or by email to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au on or before 4.00pm on Thursday, 21 August 2025.
