Tenders closing at 3.00pm on 9 February 2024 are invited for the provision of cleaning and sanitary services to the Shire of Gingin.

All tenders must be clearly marked CONFIDENTIAL – RFT 01/2024 PROVISION OF CLEANING AND SANITARY SERVICES and either placed in the tender box at the Shire’s Administration Centre, 7 Brockman St, Gingin or posted to the CEO, Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 by the due date and time. Emailed or faxed tenders will not be accepted.
Important! Attendance at a site walk-through, as detailed in the RFT document, is mandatory. This is scheduled for 7.30am, 16 January 2024 at the Shire Depot, Weld St, Gingin. Please register your attendance to Scott.Hennings@gingin.wa.gov.au by 12 January 2024.
*The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the tenderer.
