Filming Requirements
If you plan to film in public spaces (including parks, roads, footpaths, or Shire-managed properties), you must obtain permission from the Shire of Gingin prior to commencing filming.
Application Timeframes
- Submit applications at least 5 business days prior to filming.
- If third-party approvals are required (e.g. environmental, or cultural heritage), submit your application as soon as possible to avoid delays to your desired filming date.
Please note: While the Shire may grant conditional approval pending third-party consents, filming cannot proceed unless all necessary approvals are obtained.
