The Shire of Gingin hereby confirms that it has resolved to make the Shire of Gingin Signs and Bill Posting Repeal Local Law 2023.
The purpose of this local law is to repeal the Shire of Gingin By-laws Relating to Signs and Bill Posting.
The effect of this local law is to remove the Shire of Gingin By-laws Relating to Signs and Bill Posting from the public record.
The Local Law will come into effect as from Saturday, 15 April 2023.

Alternatively it can be viewed at the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, 7 Brockman Street, Gingin or at the Shire’s Lancelin Office, Vins Way, Lancelin during office hours.
