In view of some confusion regarding the Shire's rubbish bin collection service, please be advised of the following:
If you require a new bin service you will need to contact the Shire's Rates Department on (08) 9575 5100 (option 2) or email rates@gingin.wa.gov.au.
For the following rubbish bin services, please contact the Shire's Health Department on (08) 9575 5100, option 3:
- Missed Rubbish Collection
- Additional Bin Service
- Lost or Damaged Bin
- Reduction in Service
- Replacement Bin
- Stolen Bin
It is important to contact the Shire of Gingin and not Avon Waste with regards to the above listed services.
