Notice is hereby given that Final Adoption of an Amendment to the Country Heights Local Development Plan (LDP) was adopted by Council at its Ordinary Meeting held Tuesday, 19 July 2022.

Alternatively, they can be viewed at the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, located at 7 Brockman Street, Gingin or the Lancelin Office, 255 Vins Way, Lancelin during office hours.
The amendment to the LDP was to reduce the 100m rural living setback to 50m for those dwellings along the northern boundary (lots 1 to 29 inclusive).
