The Shire of Gingin, in partnership with the Minderoo Foundation and Gingin District High School, is pleased to support The Resilience Canopy Practitioner Training program which is being held in Gingin from 4 –12 April 2024.

The Resilience Canopy is a new nationwide program that focuses on building strong, challenge-ready communities that can adapt to future shocks and stresses from natural hazards or other societal events. The training provides community members and leaders with the skills they need to develop future-ready plans, as well as access to a network of partners who can help deliver on those plans through investment, expertise, or in-kind support.

Everyone is welcome to undertake the training, whether they are individual community members or part of a team working within an organisation.
