The Shire of Gingin and local volunteer bush fire brigades will be conducting prescribed fuel reduction burns within Karakin (Seaview Park estate) on Saturday 22 April 2023 between 9.30am - 6pm.
Please see map below which shows the area for burning in red outline.
Whilst some inconvenience can be expected due to the associated smoke, the protection of our community from the threat of bushfire is essential.
If you have any concerns relating to effects of smoke, it is recommended you keep windows closed and remain indoors for the duration of this period.
