Proposed Local Law

The Shire of Gingin hereby notifies for public comment that it proposes to make the Shire of Gingin Signs and Bill Posting Repeal Local Law 2023

The purpose of this local law is to repeal the Shire of Gingin By-laws Relating to Signs and Bill Posting. The effect of this local law is to remove the Shire of Gingin By-laws Relating to Signs and Bill Posting from the public record.

A copy of the proposed local law may be inspected or obtained at the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, 7 Brockman Street, Gingin and the Shire’s Lancelin Office, Vins Way, Lancelin during office hours or from the Shire of Gingin website gingin.wa.gov.au

Submissions from the public in relation to the proposed local law will be accepted up until 4.00pm on Monday, 6 March 2023

Hard copy submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and may be posted to Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503, or hand delivered to the Shire of Gingin, 7 Brockman Street, Gingin WA 6503. Submissions may also be emailed to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au.
