Please be advised that unrestricted burning within the Shire of Gingin may be carried out from midnight tomorrow, 1 June 2019.
Given the lack of rainfall so far this year however, if you do not need to burn urgently then the Shire strongly suggests that you HOLD OFF BURNING UNTIL A DECENT RAINFALL EVENT HAS OCCURRED.
Though the weather has cooled, conditions are very dry so if you do decide to burn please proceed with caution and avoid burning during any windy weather.
