Please note the following update from NBN:
Service Stream Limited has been engaged by NBN to undertake network construction works in Lancelin on 8 Rock Way, these works are scheduled to commence on Friday 13 March with finalisation scheduled for Monday 15 June 2026.
For the duration of these works, traffic and pedestrian management will be implemented where required, however we have been reassured that there should be minimal disruption to pedestrian and vehicular traffic and minor disruptions to affected businesses. The shopfronts on 8 Rock Way will still be accessible to the public.
The Shire of Gingin would like to thank the community for your understanding as NBN (Service Stream) prepare to deliver these essential network construction works.
