Shire Services NOT AVAILABLE to the Public

Currently all Shire services are available and none have severe restrictions in place. 

If You Visit the Shire 

The front desk at the Shire’s Administration Office in Gingin and our Lancelin Office/Library are currently opened to the public . 

Pre-cautions have been put in place to continue to protect customers and staff by limiting the risk of exposure to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). If you visit us please observe the following:

  • Please maintain 1.5m between yourself and the nearest person
  • We encourage you to make use of hand sanitiser which is available when you visit our facilities
  • Please wear a mask and check in with the Safe WA App
  • Most importantly though, if you are unwell please stay home

If you are unwell the Drop Box service does remain in place if you need to drop anything off to us for processing. There is one located just out the front of the Shire’s Gingin Administration Centre and also our Lancelin Office. Please fill in the available form with your details so that we can contact you if we have any queries or if we need arrange to send something back to you, e.g. receipts, documents, etc.
