Notice is hereby given that Local Planning Policy 2.1 has been adopted by Council as per 21 February 2023 Council resolution (Item 13.2).
The Shire received no adverse submissions and therefore it will proceed to adopt LPP 2.1 Residential Outbuildings without further modification.

Alternatively it can be viewed at the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, 7 Brockman Street, Gingin or the Lancelin Office, 255 Vins Way, Lancelin during office hours.
