The Shire of Gingin has received an Application for Development Approval for the land specified below, and public comments are invited.

Proposal:

Retail Centre


The application includes the following: 

  • The site comprises of three use classes, being shop, fast food outlet, and restaurant.
  • The tenancies proposed include a supermarket, hairdresser, butcher, post office, liquor store, take-away pizza, and a café.
  • The development includes the provision of 77 car parking spaces.

Submissions in relation to this proposal should be made in writing and directed to the Chief Executive Officer either by post to the Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 or by email to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au.

Submissions should be lodged within 28 days from the date of this notice, by 4.00pm, 1 December 2023.
