In accordance with the provisions of Section 3.58(3)(iii) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Gingin hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose of property as follows:

Disposition Type:      Lease
Property Concerned:   Lot 232 Wedge Street, Guilderton (on Deposited Plan 209323 being the whole of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume LR3135 Folio 994)
Market Value:   $4,012 per annum (excluding GST)
Parties Concerned: Amplitel Pty Ltd
Term: 20 Years
Consideration:    $80,240 (excluding GST)

Written submissions in respect to the lease should be marked “Submissions on Lot 232 Wedge Street, Guilderton” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Gingin, 7 Brockman Street, Gingin WA 6503 or emailed to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au.

Submissions will be accepted up until 4.00pm on Friday 18 April 2025.
