The Shire of Gingin advises the community that Council, at its meeting 18 August 2026, adopted the Strategic Community Plan 2026-2036 in accordance with Section 5.56 of the Local Government Act 1995 and Regulation 19C of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996. This was a major corporate review of the previous minor SCP review undertaken in 2024 and included a public consultation process.

Printed copies will be available at both the Gingin and Lancelin Shire offices during normal hours.
