If you are a ratepayer in the Shire of Gingin, please note that the Annual Rates Mailout is being finalised this week and your rates envelope will soon be in your letterbox. Inside your envelope with your Rate Notice and Budget Bulletin will be the following IMPORTANT documents, please don’t throw these out:
- Firebreak Order & Bush Fire Information booklet;
- Guilderton Foreshore Parking Pass; and
- Waste Recycling Calendar
You may have noticed we haven’t listed your Tip Pass… this is because your Tip Pass will be mailed separately. This year you will receive a small, credit card sized, plastic reusable Tip Pass in a separate mail out. This card is set to last you for years to come, taking away the need to mail out card tip passes every year.
More information regarding your new Tip Pass will be coming soon prior to it arriving. In the meantime, you may continue to use your 2023/2024 card which will remain valid until your new plastic card arrives.
