If you are a ratepayer in
the Shire of Gingin, keep an eye on your post box or letter box in the coming days as your Rate Notice and accompanying inserts will not be far off (if you haven't already received yours).
Inside your envelope, you will find:
• Rate Notice
• Budget Bulletin
• Firebreak Order and Bush Fire Information Brochure
• Guilderton Foreshore Parking Pass
• Waste Recycling Calendar
Please be reminded, you will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 be receiving a Tip Pass in your annual rates envelope. The Waste Facility Pass card you already have (mailed out in last years Waste Reform Mailout) is reusable and is designed to last you for years to come.
Pay your rates in full by Friday 17 October 2025 to go into the Shire's Early Rates Incentive Scheme Prize Draw to win 1 of 10 prizes! This initiative is made possible by the generous sponsorship of many local and regional businesses who supply cash, vouchers and/or services to make up exciting prize packages for our winners.
