Notice is hereby given that in accordance with s.38 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, the Shire of Gingin has appointed the following persons as Bush Fire Control Officers for the district of the Shire of Gingin:
- Chief Bush Fire Control Officer – Evan Lawrence
- Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer – James Morton (C)
- Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer – Wayne Fewster
- Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer – Brendon Ladner (C)
- Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer – Craig Hyne (C)

- Tom Kusters
- Allister Butcher (C)
