At its Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) on Tuesday 21 April 2026 Council gave consideration to a 6:00pm commencement time which was trialled at the OCMs held on 20 January 2026, 17 February 2026 and 17 March 2026. Council then resolved to conduct a further three month trial of a 4:00pm commencement time.
This means that the OCMs on 19 May, 16 June and 21 July will commence at 4:00pm instead of 3:00pm. The venue for these meetings has not changed and will remain at Council Chambers in the Shire’s Gingin Administration Centre, 7 Brockman Street, Gingin.
