Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015
The Shire invites the community to provide comments on the proposed Scheme Amendment No. 29 to the Local Planning Scheme No.9 (LPS9).
The scheme amendment is to rezone Lot 106 (No. 62) Cheriton Road, Gingin from 'General Rural' to 'Rural Living (RL1)'.

Alternatively, to view the proposal in hard copy, please attend the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, located at 7 Brockman Street, Gingin or the Lancelin Office, 255 Vins Way, Lancelin during office hours.
Written submissions can be made by post or by email, no later than 4pm on Friday, 11 December 2026.
