It is declared that, following the resignation of Councillor Wayne Fewster effective from 18 October 2024, the extraordinary vacancy for the office of Councillor has been filled by Andrea Vis, as the first unelected candidate, for a term ending on 16 October 2027.
The vacancy has been filled under Schedule 4.1A of the Local Government Act 1995.
