The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is pleased to advise that LiveWell Learn, a FREE, healthy lifestyles program, is rolling out across the Wheatbelt.
LiveWell Learn is delivered as a group-based education and activity program, running for one hour a week, over six-eight weeks. The program is run by qualified Health Promotion Officers and is suitable for adults who are interested in learning more about healthy living in a friendly, supportive environment.
Sessions focus on building knowledge, skills, and confidence to support sustainable lifestyle changes that contribute to improved long-term health outcomes. LiveWell Learn is delivered locally within the Wheatbelt community.
