Message from State Government - Key Info for Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act

New factsheets for the State Government's Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 have been released ahead of its implementation on July 1.

The documents are designed to guide proponents and support Aboriginal people in navigating WA’s new framework to protect and manage Aboriginal cultural heritage, see link below:

These factsheets are in addition to workshops being held in Geraldton June 14, Kalgoorlie June 16, Merredin June 19, Albany June 27, and Northam and Carnarvon June 28.
