The Shire of Gingin invites comments in relation to a development application for Lot 3683 (No. 252) Duffy Road, Bambun.

Proposed Development Application - Two Additional Broiler Sheds for Existing ‘Animal Husbandry – Intensive’ Use (Poultry Farm)
Alternatively, to view the proposal in hard copy, please attend the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, located at 7 Brockman Street, Gingin or the Lancelin Office, 255 Vins Way, Lancelin during office hours.
Submissions must:
- be made in writing
- state the name and address of the person making the submission, and
- include a statement about the capacity in which the person makes the submission.
Comments on the proposal are to be submitted on or before 4:00pm 12 June 2026 to the Acting Chief Executive Officer, by either post or email.
