In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Gingin gives formal public notice of its intention to sublease the following property:
Disposition Type: Sublease
Property Concerned: Lot 500 Jones Street, Gingin WA (Reserve 50843)
Market Value: $3,960 per annum inclusive of GST
Parties Concerned: Rona Maree Chiera and Cosimo Chiera T/A Moore River Food Company Pty Ltd.
Term: 2 years plus two options (3 years + 5 years)
Consideration: $1,000 per annum inclusive of GST + turnover rent
