The Shire of Gingin invites comments in relation to a retrospective development application for Lot 108 (281) Lennards Road, Lennard Brook. The proposal consists of the following:
- The application seeks retrospective approval for an agricultural intensive use to grow produce such as lucerne, canola, sorghum and other fodder crops.
- The application comprises of one 15-hectare centre pivot.

Alternatively, to view the proposal in hard copy, please attend the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, located at 7 Brockman Street, Gingin or the Lancelin Office, 255 Vins Way, Lancelin during office hours.
Submissions must:
- be made in writing
- state the name and address of the person making the submission, and
- include a statement about the capacity in which the person makes the submission.
Comments on the proposal are to be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer either by post to the Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 or by email to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au on or before 4.00pm on Thursday, 11 December 2025.
