Tenders closing at 2:00pm on 9 November 2026 are invited for the provision of waste services to the Shire of Gingin.
The services are broken into two (2) key Separable Portions, including:
- Separable Portion C – Landfill Operations Services; and
- Separable Portion D – Facilities Supervision Services.

All tenders must be clearly marked CONFIDENTIAL – RFT C2026-03 PROVISION OF WASTE SERVICES and either placed in the tender box at the Shire’s Administration Centre, 7 Brockman St, Gingin or posted to the CEO, Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 by the due date and time. Emailed or faxed tenders will not be accepted.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the tenderer.
