Public Notice of Planning Proposal - Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015
Public comments are invited on the above proposed amendment to the Lancelin South Structure Plan and are to be submitted on or before 4:00pm 10 July 2026 to the Acting Chief Executive Officer, by either post or email.
Submissions must:
- be made in writing;
- state the name and address of the person making the submission; and
- include a statement about the capacity in which the person makes the submission.
Submissions are to be directed to the Acting Chief Executive Officer either by post to the Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, or by email to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au.
